Parth Joshi is an experienced professional in electrical maintenance and automation, currently serving as Manager of Electrical Maintenance at Polycab India Limited since December 2020, after previously holding the position of Deputy Manager in the same field. Prior to this, Parth worked as Associate Manager of Electrical & Automation at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, where responsibilities included the installation and commissioning of in-house LED manufacturing machines and programming of PLC and HMI. Parth’s earlier experience includes a managerial role at CEAT Tyres Limited, focused on the development and commissioning of various tyre building machines, and as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer at Motion Mechanics Pvt Ltd, which involved drive panel design and programming of packaging machinery. Parth holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from North Maharashtra University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
