She is the Company Secretary. Ms. Gonsalves joined the Company as General Manager & Head – Legal at Mumbai Head Office on 11th March 2020. She has completed her Bachelor in Commerce Degree from Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce (Mithibai College) in Mumbai, L.L.B Degree from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (Mithibai College) & Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India She brings along more than 17 years of experience in handling legal and secretarial matters and has worked with organizations like Amcor Flexibles India Private Limited, Essel Propack Limited, Haldyn Glass Gujarat Limited, Citigroup’s Citifinancial, Priya Limited and India Infoline Limited. Her immediate past assignment was with Amcor Rigid Plastics India Private Limited as AGM – Legal & Company Secretary.
