Hrishikesh Joglekar is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of ERP at Polycab India Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hrishikesh worked at Oracle as an Application Architect from July 2022 to September 2023. Hrishikesh spent nearly a decade at EY, where advancements included positions as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager, focusing on architecting and developing custom solutions, as well as project planning and execution. At KPMG, Hrishikesh held the position of Senior Consultant, overseeing end-to-end implementation of supply chain and manufacturing modules. Early career roles at Oracle included Project Lead and various engineering positions, contributing to development for multiple R12 releases. Hrishikesh holds an M.Tech. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
