Dhananjay Aradhye is an accomplished supply chain leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently, Dhananjay serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Polycab India Limited, starting in June 2024. Previously, Dhananjay was the Head of Supply Chain at MBCC Group from March 2021 to May 2024, overseeing the India supply chain function and collaborating with global subsidiaries. Dhananjay held the position of Deputy General Manager (Supply Chain) at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, focusing on S&OP and supply planning. Earlier roles included Supply Chain Head at Mahyco, Senior Manager - Supply Chain at PepsiCo - Frito Lay, and Manager - Materials Planning & Purchase at Asian Paints. Dhananjay began the professional journey as a Team Lead at Accenture and an Engineer at Oerlikon Balzers.
