Leonardo Allasia's work experience began in 2001 as an Associate in the Editorial Team at Fabrica. Leonardo then worked at Ferrari from 2002 to 2006 in various marketing roles, including Marketing Manager for Ferrari Maserati China. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Leonardo then joined Endeavor as a Strategy Consultant, focusing on emerging markets in Latin America from 2009 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Ferretti Group, where they initially served as Sales Area Manager, Asia Pacific, and later became the Global Brand Manager. In 2015, they started working at Maserati, initially as the Head of Global Advertising and Digital Marketing, and then as the Head of Global Brand Communications. Leonardo'sroles at Maserati involved overseeing digital marketing, content creation, and advertising, with a focus on new model launches and expansion into the SUV segment. Finally, in 2020, they joined Poltrona Frau as the Director of Global Marketing & Communications, and later assumed the position of Director of Global Marketing, Communications, and E-commerce.
Leonardo Allasia has an extensive education history. Leonardo holds a Master's degree in International Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which they completed in 2007. Additionally, in 2005, they attended a Summer School program at LSE focusing on Strategy & Game Theory in London, UK.
Leonardo also participated in an MBA exchange program at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2007, concentrating on Business Administration.
In terms of undergraduate education, Leonardo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham in 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Freshman Year in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Delaware in 1998.
Lastly, for their high school education, Leonardo attended Fordham Preparatory School in New York City, NY, where they graduated and received honors as a part of the National Honors Society.
More recently, in 2018, they completed a Master's course in Intellectual Property Law at 24ORE Business School, focusing on data privacy, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and secrecy. In 2019, they furthered their education by completing a Master's Course in Digital Marketing Communications at the same institution.
