Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Specialist and Unix System Administrator at PSE-INFO and Zakład Energetyczny Białystok, where responsibilities encompassed HP-UX administration, storage management, and system administration. Kuczkowski holds a degree from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku, completed between 1996 and 2000.
