Andrzej Zadworny is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Zastępca Dyrektora ds. Rozwoju i Wdrożenia CSIRE at Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. since January 2019, where responsibilities include the implementation and development of the Central Energy Market System (CSIRE). Previously, as Head Of Division, Andrzej led a team focused on the CSIRE project's implementation. From January 2014 to December 2018, Andrzej worked as TPA Processes Coordinator at innogy Stoen Operator, coordinating electricity market processes. Prior experience includes a role as an Energy Market Specialist at RWE Stoen Operator, where responsibilities involved defining IT system requirements for TPA processes and managing key customer service in Warsaw. Andrzej began with a training program as a trainee following the completion of a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology in 2009.
