Pawel Heba is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in content strategy, production, and marketing across various platforms. Currently serving as the Director of the Podcast Project Creation Agency at Polskie Radio S.A. since October 2024, Pawel also owns PH Content Strategy and partners with OrphanStudio. Previously, Pawel held significant roles including Member of the Management Board at Virtualo, Content & Creative Director at Empik Group, and Head of Content Strategy CEE at ShowMax, where responsibilities included developing content strategies, managing high-value acquisitions, and overseeing original productions. Past positions also include leadership at A+E Networks and Viacom International Media Networks, with particular expertise in programming and marketing for major television channels. Pawel's academic background includes a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Uniwersytet Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie.
