Michał Kurasiński has a diverse work experience. Michał worked as the Head of the Corporate Applications and Analytics Department at Polpharma from February 2009 onwards. In November 2003, they held the position of Kierownik ds Rozwoju Technologii Internetowych at MV until July 2007. In September 2018, they became a Member of the Supervisory Board on IoT at Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji, which lasted until July 2019. Michał Kurasiński is currently serving as a Członek Rady Programowej Grupy Roboczej ds. Sztucznej Inteligencji at Ministerstwo Cyfryzacji starting from September 2023.

Michał Kurasiński obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in IT from Kozminski University during the period of 2014-2016. Michał also holds a degree in Informatyka (Computer Science) from Politechnika Częstochowska. In addition, they have several certifications including an MBA from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, and certifications in M_o_R - zarządzanie ryzykiem, Agile Project Management, ITIL v3, Lean IT, Prince 2, RUP, TOGAF 8, and an edX Honor Code Certificate for Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI.
