Tavia Mastrianni Kelleher currently serves as the Director and Sales Lead at Ralph Lauren, a role held since December 2024. Prior to this position, Tavia gained extensive experience at Eton Shirts from September 2016 to December 2024, where titles included Strategic Sales Manager, Junior Account Executive, and Wholesale Coordinator. Earlier career experience includes an internship in Sales and Showroom Support at Canali in 2015 and a Business Management internship at Letarte Swimwear Llc in late 2014. Tavia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairfield University, which was attained in 2016, and previously attended Lauralton Hall from 2008 to 2012.
