Rowena Ricalde currently serves as the Head of Controllership for North America at Ralph Lauren, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rowena Ricalde was with Vita Coco from June 2021 to September 2024, where key titles included Chief Accounting Officer, Interim CFO, Vice President of Global Accounting & Control, and Chief Corporate Accountant. Rowena Ricalde also has extensive experience at PVH Corp., holding various leadership positions from November 2013 to May 2021, including Vice President of Internal Reporting and Corporate Accounting Director. Earlier in Rowena Ricalde's career, experience was gained at Deloitte as an Audit Senior Manager from September 2002 to November 2013. Rowena Ricalde holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Rutgers University.
