Jason Berns is an experienced leader in sustainability and product innovation, currently serving as SVP/Head of Sustainability and Product Innovation at Ralph Lauren since March 2016. In this role, Jason leads global sustainability and innovation initiatives aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Previously, Jason held various positions at Under Armour, including Sr. Director of Innovation, where responsibilities included managing open innovation efforts. Additionally, Jason is an advisor at Sway Ventures and a board member at Natural Fiber Welding. Earlier career highlights include product design roles at Fisher-Price and Salomon. Jason earned a BS in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati.
