Blas Escarcega serves as the Vice President of Franchise Development at Pollo Campero since February 2007, bringing extensive experience in finance and administration from previous roles, including Corporate Business Partner and Director of Finance and Administration at Corporacion Multi Inversiones, as well as Corporate Controller. Prior to Pollo Campero, Blas held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Desert Eagle, an Anheuser Busch Distributor, from May 2003 to September 2006, and served as Vice President Controller at TVO Realty from March 2000 to May 2003. Blas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso.
