Caroline Giroux has extensive experience in education and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Recruitment and Engagement at Polk County School Board since July 2012. In this role, Caroline connects applicants interested in teaching with the necessary resources for certification and placement in 150 schools. Previously, Caroline held various positions within the Professional Development Department, including Analyst, where responsibilities included coordinating a Summer Leadership Retreat for administrators and fostering community business partnerships. Earlier experience includes roles at North Lakeland Presbyterian Church Inc as a Youth Specialist and Worship Leader. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Supervision and Management and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from Polk State College.
