Gala Garcya is a lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis since March 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in civil engineering and structural engineering. Previously, Gala served as a core team member at Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat from March 2019 to March 2022, focusing on the design of road and bridge treatments based on survey data. Additionally, Gala worked as a laboratory assistant at Laboratorium Teknologi Bahan Universitas Riau from July 2016 to January 2018, ensuring the quality of building materials and developing concrete job mix formulas. Gala holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from The University of Riau.
