Dorota Serafin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and development aid, currently serving as Executive Director at Polish Humanitarian Action since 2019. Previously, Dorota held roles such as Director of Humanitarian and Development Aid at PAH, Project Manager at the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, and Marketing Director at Nalios. Expertise in strategic consulting for NGOs and educational institutions was demonstrated through independent consultancy work in 2014. Dorota also directed the Technology Transfer Center at the Warsaw School of Economics from 2013 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing intellectual property rights and commercialization efforts. Additionally, Dorota managed the WEMBA Program at SGH from 2006 to 2012, overseeing its operations and administration. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Management from SGH, an MBA, and a series of qualifications in organizational leadership and intellectual property protection.
