Jekaterina Malceva is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as the Head of the Marketing Department at POLIPAKS LTD since September 2021, Jekaterina leads a team and manages A&P budgets while overseeing comprehensive marketing services. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Specialist and Brand Manager for Bunge, where Jekaterina developed annual marketing plans, executed campaigns, and coordinated private label projects for the Baltic States. Jekaterina's career began at SCA Hygiene Products, progressing through various roles that emphasized brand management, market leadership, and customer education. Jekaterina holds an MBA from the High School of Business and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in English Philology from Latvijas Universitate.
