Tuire Salmi-Hiltunen has extensive experience in communication and research roles, currently serving as a Senior Planning Officer for Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) activities and Head of Communications at Poliisiammattikorkeakoulu - Police University College since January 2008. Previous positions include Information Officer at the National Police School of Finland and at Tampere University of Technology, as well as roles within the City of Tampere and PR Agency Provinssi. Tuire holds a Master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Tampere and has pursued further education in Marketing and Communications Leadership at various institutions, including the University of Helsinki and Markkinointi-instituutti.
