Richard Schofield is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Programme Lead at Polestar since July 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Principal Engineer at HPL PROTOTYPES LIMITED and has valuable experience as a Lead Engineer at Lotus Cars. Richard's career also includes significant contributions as Module Leader - Exterior Trim at JLR SVO and as Lead Engineer/Technical Project Manager for Exterior Trim Systems at Envisage Group Limited. Earlier experience includes a role as Project/Design Engineer at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd, specializing in the design and engineering of exterior components.
