Lutz Stiegler is an experienced professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Polestar. Previously, Lutz held multiple senior positions at Volvo Cars, including Solution Manager for Electric Propulsion and Senior Director roles in Powertrain Controls, Calibration, and Complete Powertrain Engineering. Prior to that, Lutz was with IAV GmbH, where responsibilities included Executive Vice President for Development Powertrain and Senior Vice President for Powertrain Development. Lutz's educational background includes a Diplom-Ingenieur in Maschinenbau from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, Zwickau, obtained between 1990 and 1995.
