Andreina Santaella has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andreina started their career as the Marketing and New Markets Manager at Chipis Burger Homestyle from December 2008 to January 2011. Andreina then worked as a Strategy Development Coordinator at the Inter American Press Association from May 2013 to August 2014. Andreina then joined Cimacast as a Business Development professional from August 2014 to August 2017. In 2017, they moved to Polestar Pilates International, where they served as the Manager of Operations from September 2017 to December 2018, and later became the Chief Operating Officer from January 2019 to the present. Additionally, Andreina has also worked at BizHack Academy, where they were a Digital Marketing Coach from December 2018 to January 2022 and then transitioned to a Growth Strategy Consultant from January 2022 to the present.

Andreina Santaella has a diverse education history. In 2002, they enrolled at the University of Florida where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Andreina completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. Following this, in 2010, Andreina attended IESA, focusing on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. In 2011, they furthered their education at IE Business School, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2012. In 2018, Andreina attended BizHack Academy, specializing in Digital Marketing. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a program at Wharton Online, focusing on Financial Modeling.
