Surendra Patil has a wealth of experience in the field of joint replacement and orthopaedic surgery. Surendra founded Polaris Healthcare in 2011 and serves as the Founder Director and Joint Replacement Surgeon. In 2017, they joined Ruby Hall Clinic as a Consultant Joint Reconstruction & Orthopaedic Surgeon. Prior to this, they worked at Medipoint Hospitals Private Limited as a Consultant Joint Replacement & Orthopaedic Surgeon starting in 2016. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Consultant Joint Replacement & Orthopaedic Surgeon at Apollo Hospitals. Surendra's career began at Sancheti Hospital in 2004 where they served as a Consultant Joint Replacement Surgeon until 2011.

Surendra Patil received their Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from JMFs ACPM Dental College, Sakri Road, Dhule, from 1991 to 1996. Surendra then pursued a Diploma in Orthopaedics from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2000. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they completed their Diplomate of National Boards (DNB) in Orthopaedics from New Delhi.
