Tom Erlic is a Co-Founder and Owner of Polaris Motion, a company established in 1994 that specializes in advanced motion control systems designed for various industries, including aerospace, medical, and semiconductor. Under Tom Erlic's leadership, Polaris Motion has developed a distinctive control system characterized by real-time data acquisition, synchronization of motion axes, and customizable kinematics. Prior to founding Polaris Motion, Tom Erlic worked as a Junior Electrical Engineer at the Department of National Defence, where improvements were made to an ultrasonic signal conditioning system for underwater vehicle tracking. Tom Erlic holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Victoria and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.
