Diane Onofrio

Quality Manager at Polara Health

Diane Onofrio has extensive experience in quality management and program coordination. Diane is currently the Director of Quality at Polara Health, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Performance Improvement Manager at UHS's Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital from November 2022 to January 2024. Diane Onofrio has a Masters of NonProfit Management from Regis University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona University, attending from 1998 to 2000. Diane also holds a Bachelors degree in Human Services from Prescott College, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Lastly, they completed their high school education at Chaparral High School, but no date range was provided for this.
