İpek Kavuzlu is an accomplished product leader with a diverse background in product management and development across various industries, including gaming and EdTech. Currently serving as Product Lead for Poki, İpek drives strategic direction and product development for the game developer segment, emphasizing user-centric strategies and sustainable growth. Prior roles include managing monetization at Poki, where İpek focused on enhancing revenue while preserving player experience, and contributing to the Voys AI startup post-acquisition by Zynga, which specializes in AI-powered language learning. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Peak, Amadeus, and Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, along with an internship at PwC. İpek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
