Michelle Toro is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Company Operations at Pokeworks since July 2023, Michelle previously held the position of District Manager at Paris Baguette America from November 2019 to August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Multi Unit Manager and Manager at Bluestone Lane between August 2018 and November 2019, as well as serving as NYC Market Area Director at Cosi from March 2002 to August 2018.
