Charles Hua is the Co-Founder & CEO of Poised. Charles was previously with Amazon as a Product Management from April 2018 to September 2020. Charles also worked as Head of Product, Publishing at GREE, Inc. from January 2012 to December 2015 and was responsible for growth and revenue for several mobile products on iOS and Android platforms. Charles also worked with The Venture Reality Fund as an Investment Team from January 2017 to December 2018.

Charles Hua completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Charles then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
