Jay L. Pomrenze is a member of the Advisory Board of PointRF PLC. He was a Managing Director of Bankers Trust Company and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Mr. Pomrenze joined Bankers Trust Company in 1973. He was named head of world-wide foreign exchange activities in 1984 and head of all trading in 1988. He was then involved in managing the firm's risk taking activities, and subsequently was named to manage the firm's business activities in Emerging Europe, Middle East and Africa.
He is currently an active partner in Clarity-KCPS Capital, an Israel based asset management firm. Mr. Pomrenze graduated with a BA degree from Yeshiva University in 1970 and received an MBA from New York University.
