Ashwani Razdan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and administration. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Administration and Human Resources Executive at Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd. for two years. In 2008, they joined Mindzberg Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. HR and Admin Executive until 2012. From 2012 until the present, Ashwani was the Proprietor at The Jobmakers, and in 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Hi-Tek Investigation Services Pvt. Ltd. until 2019. Ashwani'smost recent role is the Recruiting Manager for India at Pointerz Inc. starting in 2022.

Ashwani Razdan completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Delhi University between 2002 and 2005. Prior to that, between 2000 and 2003, they pursued a Diploma in Software Management in Computer Software Technology/Technician at Aptech Computer Education in South Delhi.
