Ross Brown currently serves as the Special Assistant to the COO at Point72, focusing on organizational performance and leadership development since June 2021. In this role, Ross Brown enhances investment support through various leadership development initiatives, including program design and facilitation of educational opportunities. Prior to Point72, Ross Brown was the President/CEO of Ross A. Brown Consulting and held several significant leadership roles, including Head of Navy and Marine Corps Market at LMI and Senior Vice President of Strategy and Policy at PenFed Credit Union. Ross Brown also served as Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and in the Senior Executive Service at the United States Department of Defense, following a distinguished career as an officer in the US Army. Ross Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Education in Organizational Training and Development from the University of Louisville.
