Tanushree Baidya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, business performance, and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Business Performance Management and Continuous Improvement at Point32Health since June 2021, Tanushree previously held various technical program management roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from September 2013 to May 2023, encompassing responsibilities as a Senior Business Data Analyst and Project Manager.
