Jessica Reyes is an experienced professional in member experience and marketing within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Enterprise Member Experience Program Manager at Point32Health since June 2019, Jessica has previously held various roles at Tufts Health Plan from October 2011 to June 2019, including Marketing Account Services Manager and Senior Marketing Specialist. Earlier career experience includes positions at Network Health, where Jessica progressed from Membership Marketing Coordinator to Senior Database Specialist between October 2002 and January 2011. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education/Child in Society and a Master of Education in Moderate Special Needs, both from Boston College.
