EJ Russo has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in sales and business development. They are currently employed as the Director of New Business Sales at Point32Health, a joint venture between Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Vice President at Aon from 2018 to 2019 and as an Account Executive at Aetna from 2013 to 2018. EJ Russo also has a significant tenure at Tufts Health Plan, where they held the position of Senior Account Executive from 2005 to 2013. They began their career at John Hancock Financial Services, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive/Manager from 1998 to 2005.
