Caroline Yost is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Point since July 2022. Previously, Caroline held various positions at Scentbird from February 2020 to July 2022, including Director/Head of Human Resources and Senior Manager, Human Resources. Caroline's career also includes a role as People Operations Manager at Amino Apps, where strategic oversight of growth and performance processes was key. At Bombas, Caroline led employee experience initiatives, fostering a culture of engagement. Additional experience includes roles at Atlas Merchant Capital LLC, SoulCycle Inc., George Mason University School of Music, and the Institute of International Education. Caroline earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from George Mason University and pursued further education at NYU School of Professional Studies and the University of Indonesia.
