Steph Lake has diverse experience in customer service, operations, and delivery roles. Currently, Steph works as a Driver for Lyft, a Delivery Driver for Point Pickup, an Advertiser for mobilads, a Professional Deliverer for ezCater, and a Food Delivery Driver for DoorDash, all starting in 2023 or 2024. Previous experience includes a position as a Rater at TELUS International from April 2021 to June 2023 and as a Shift Supervisor at RITE AID from January 2020 to June 2023. At CenturyLink, from October 2003 to October 2019, Steph held multiple roles including Supervisor of Operations in the Customer Advocacy Group and Social Media Team Lead. An award-winning Technical Records Specialist II at the State of Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Steph received the Governor's Award for Excellence in Customer Service. Education includes esthetics training at the Oliver Finley Academy of Cosmetology and attendance at Boise State University.
