Dina L Clark, EdD, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion at Skanska USA Building, leading inclusion efforts for a major construction business. Clark has held significant roles in fostering diverse and inclusive cultures, including as the first Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Covestro LLC, and has a background in education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Point Park University. Leadership experiences also encompass Senior Director at YWCA Greater Pittsburgh and Executive Director at the Western Pennsylvania Diversity Initiative, among others. Clark holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Administration from Point Park University, a Master of Science in Global Leadership from Duquesne University, and a Bachelor of Arts with a dual major in Psychology and Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University, alongside completing the Skanska Executive Management Program at Carnegie Mellon University.
