Dustin Hughes, MBA, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Finance at Point Global Logistics since 2024, overseeing global financial operations and strategic decision-making. Prior to this role, Dustin held the position of Senior Director - Finance Operations and Chief of Staff - Finance at OIA Global, where significant improvements in cash management and credit governance were achieved while managing a large team. Dustin's experience also includes serving as Director - Finance AP for North America at CEVA Logistics, where leadership encompassed extensive employee oversight and cash forecasting collaboration with global treasury. Previous to CEVA, Dustin was the Operational & Financial Controlling Manager at Panalpina, managing the analysis and optimization of internal airfreight programs. Dustin holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix and completed the Chief of Staff Association Program at Harvard Business School in April 2024.
