Kelsey Carter, SHRM-CP, MCPC, serves as the Learning & Development Program Manager at Point B since August 2021, where Kelsey leads transformative initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities and engagement. Previously, Kelsey held roles at Credit Union National Association as a Learning & Development Program Coordinator and Human Resources Generalist, managing HR functions for over 230 employees. Prior experiences include a Titling Specialist at BMO Harris Bank, where Kelsey excelled as a top performer and trainer, and roles in human resources at MPI PRODUCTS LLC and earlier at BMO Harris Bank. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
