Kalle Kemppainen is a change management architect in ICT at Pohjois-Savon hyvinvointialue since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kalle served as a project designer at Kuopio University Hospital from April 2022 to January 2023 and as a project coordinator for a temporary substitution in 2021, focusing on configuration database planning and data protection efforts. Kalle also worked as a technical specialist at Pohjois-Suomen Energiatieto, managing imbalance settlement and measurement data between June 2019 and April 2021, and gained experience as an IT trainee at Lapland Hospital District in 2018, handling contract management and identity access systems. Early career experience includes a position as a surveyor at Suomen GPS-Mittaus Oy in 2017. Kalle holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland, completed in July 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in the same field obtained in 2020, along with a vocational education from Rovaniemen ammattilukio from 2011 to 2015.
