Timo Partanen is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Savon Voima Oyj since February 2020 and as a Board Member at Pohjois-Karjalan Osuuskauppa since January 2022, Timo brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Fortum for a brief period in late 2019 and President of Energy at MAINTPARTNER OY from 2016 to 2019. Timo's career began in production management at Paperiset Oy and included a notable service in the Ministry of Defence of Finland as a peacekeeper with the United Nations. Timo holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karelia University of Applied Sciences.
