Jacob Hijlkema is a VDC Engineer at POGUE CONSTRUCTION since January 2024, previously serving as a Revit Draftsman at W2N Engineers from May 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included producing architectural drawings for building permits and managing solar structural roof checks as a Junior Project Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Architectural Technologist and Junior Project Manager at Urban Climate Architects, focusing on drafting and calculating building requirements, and providing IT services as a Technologist at Converging Technology Solutions Inc. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment from Hanzehogeschool Groningen and has completed internships in architectural firms.
