Collin Austad is an experienced analytics professional with a diverse background in data science and analytics management. Currently serving as an Analytics Manager at Podium since March 2019, Collin co-owns migration projects for legacy data to a modern stack, managing over 8,000 datasets to a centralized system and sharing responsibility for the design of the Snowflake production environment. Prior experience includes roles as an Analytics Consultant at Cornerstone Research, where Collin utilized Bash, R, and SQL for data visualization and team training, and held positions as a Senior Analyst and Analyst, managing large datasets and automating routine tasks. Collin's career also includes research and teaching roles at Brigham Young University, emphasizing coding, data analysis, and student mentorship, along with strategy internships and early work as an HVAC Technician. Collin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brigham Young University.
