Coleson Hofman brings extensive experience in sales development and management, currently serving as Director of Sales Development at Podium since September 2021, after progressing through various roles within the company. Prior to Podium, Coleson was an Associate Underwriter at Guaranteed Rate for a brief period in 2021. Coleson's earlier professional background includes serving as Recreation Director at CATALYST RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT, where responsibilities included tutoring teenage boys and facilitating therapeutic outdoor activities. Additionally, Coleson worked as a Research Assistant at The GEC Group, focusing on data extraction and analysis for statistical projects. Coleson holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from Utah State University, completed in 2019, and graduated from Eagle High School in 2013.
