Charidimos Spourdalakis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

From 2014 onwards, they worked at Pod Group - A Giesecke+Devrient Company, where they held multiple positions. Charidimos started as the Group Head of Customer Services, Southern Europe, from January 2014 to January 2015. Charidimos then became the Invoicing Manager from January 2015 to January 2016. Finally, they served as the Director of Human Resources starting from January 2016.

In 2012, Spourdalakis worked as an Assistant Account Manager at EVENTISIMO from November 2012 to June 2013.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they worked at WPS (Worldwide Payment Systems) as an Account Manager Operations.

Finally, from 2001 to 2002, Spourdalakis worked at the European Office in the City Hall of Seville as the Responsible of the European Programmes.

Most recently, in 2017, they joined WEIRD GROUP LIMITED as a WEIRD Philosopher, a role they currently hold.

Charidimos Spourdalakis's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economic Science from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, where they studied Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, and Accountancy from 1993 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing at the Autonomous University of Madrid from 2004 to 2005. Lastly, they attended the EUSA Business School in 2012 and 2013, completing a Master's degree in Meeting, Congress, and Event Organization.
