Raphaël Haddad is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in design, industrialization, and project management. Currently serving as a Design, Industrialization, and Project Engineer at Poclain Hydraulics, Raphaël manages multi-million-dollar international projects, demonstrating proficiency in DFMEA, DVP, GD&T, and BOM management. Previously, as Control Systems Engineering Team Leader at Blue Goji, advanced technologies for an omnidirectional treadmill were developed, leading a technical team in integration efforts. Raphaël also contributed academically as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of California, Berkeley, while engaging in various roles in the hospitality sector. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
