Andrea Bowman is a highly experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in telemedicine, home health, and clinical management. Currently serving as a Telemedicine RN at Alpha Medical since March 2021, Andrea previously worked as a Nursing Instructor at Orange County Public Schools and held various nursing roles including Home Health Nurse at Angels Care Home Health and Senior Care Advocate at UnitedHealth Group. Andrea's leadership experience includes managing a 17-bed acute inpatient behavioral health unit at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital and directing patient care at Hebrew Health Care’s geriatric psychiatric unit. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Adult Psychology from Pine Manor College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Nursing from Capital Community College.
