Zenobia Chen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Production Executive Assistant at TVBS Television Station. In 2005, they worked as a Graphic Designer and Marketing Planner at I&S Global Educational Consulting Institute. In 2006, they joined Hugo Design as a Marketing Planner. From 2012 to 2014, Zenobia worked at Concept Art House as an Art Production Coordinator. Zenobia then joined Storm8 in 2014 as an Associate Outsourcing Producer, later being promoted to Art Outsourcing Producer and finally Senior Art Outsourcing Producer. Zenobia's most recent role is as a Senior Art Manager at Pocket Gems, starting in June 2021.

Zenobia Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the Chinese Culture University, School of Journalism and Mass Communications, from 2002 to 2005. Zenobia furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in 2D Character Animation from the Academy of Art University, School of Animation and Visual Effects, between 2008 and 2011.
