Praveen Mamgain currently serves as Vice President of HR at Pocket FM since April 2024. Prior to this role, Praveen held significant positions at PhonePe from November 2019 to April 2024, including Head of People Operations & HR Systems and Head of People Operations. From October 2015 to October 2019, Praveen was with SBI Card, where responsibilities included Head of HR Operations & HR Technology, Head of HR Operations & HR Transition, and Head of HR Operations. Earlier in the career, Praveen worked at GE from January 2005 to September 2015 as HR Ops Lead and in various HR roles. Praveen holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
