Diwakar Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and operations design. Currently serving as Senior Director of Growth Strategy at Pocket FM since August 2024, Diwakar previously held key positions at Navi, including Head of Operations Design & Strategy and Senior Manager of Strategy from July 2021 to August 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from June 2017 to July 2021 as Consultant and Senior Associate, as well as a Summer Associate role at The Boston Consulting Group in 2016. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Intel Corporation as a Design Automation Engineer from July 2012 to May 2015, where responsibilities included the design and development of verification tools for processors, and an Engineering Internship at Qualcomm, where tasks involved re-engineering an operating system for processor verification. Diwakar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (2015-2017) and a B.Tech-M.Tech Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (2007-2012).
