Mr. Hader has over 30 years of experience in Commercial & Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO’s & Secondaries, Management and Consulting, and has executed over 100 public & private equity placements. Previously, Mr. Hader was the president & CEO of YLR Capital Markets, underwriting & investments for 10 years. He was also the President & CEO of Orama Ltd., (IDB Group) An International VC fund with a vast partnership network, including companies such as: Siemens, Softbank, PCCW, Intel, Compaq etc.
